The initial concept is to engage the architecture with the surrounding as much as possible, thus the beach hotel is merging with the sand, the villas dotted within the forest, and the tower with a biodiversity facade. The masterplan puts the tower as the focal point of all activities to which the other buildings connected and grown upon.
