Y.A.D studio is a London based design studio specializing in applying both innovative ideas and advanced technology into architecture, master planning, interior and landscape design.

 

Our expertise lies in both public and private sectors with projects in various scales, both nation wide and international projects in China and Japan, including Residential Housing project, Office/Commercial Complex, and City master planning.

 

The way we approach a design is always starting from listening to the clients, to establish what the vision and passion is, and then bring in our design expertise to materialize these into a solid proposal, which works not only with the physical nature of the site, but also aesthetics, historical, economical and environmental in a macro scale. We then develop the proposal side by side with clients and other professionals into a detailed architectural scheme, which can then be proceeded with planning application, and possibly construction documents.

 

The uniqueness of the studio lies in its strategy of directing the overly excessive design resource from UK into East Asia, where there’s a significant growth in urbanization and economy.

 

The Architectural Consultant Team has experience working for world renowned architectural practice Steven Holl, MAD, and AHMM before establishing Y.A.D. Our work has been published both in UK and China, and we are currently leading a 60,000 sqm tower in Central China, together with ORTLOS, and Hua Xi Design Institute. With our experience in both Asia and Europe, we are dedicated to bringing European design talents on board for projects in East Asia.
